I actually have a mini video on this here but its not great.
Basically you need to work with an extreme side parting, teasing at the roots, it will help to do the side part with damp/wet hair then blow dry your hair into that position.
You need to tease the underalayers and lay the top layer over it, then use curling irons to curl/wave the rest of the hair.
You’ll need a flexible hair spray too!
Alot of tumblr girls have this style, so if anyone who actually wears it can give better advice than I please do :D
